Re-examination & Admission Notes

Re-examination and admission are determined by ranking within the "Mathematics" first-level discipline.

Candidates from non-mathematics or non-statistics backgrounds are required to take two additional qualifying exams in core undergraduate courses related to their intended specialization during the re-examination.

Important Disclaimers

The 2026 enrollment quotas listed above are provisional, as the official admission plan has not yet been released. Quotas are subject to adjustment upon the issuance of the official plan.

All special project quotas (including "recommended免试" quotas) are included in the published program quotas. The number of recommended免试 students admitted to each specialization will be announced separately on the official website of the Graduate School.

Note: Standardized exam codes (e.g., 101, 201) and course numbers (e.g., 724, 821) are retained as per academic convention for graduate admissions.
